"Package stolen no refund"
Made order here for 1000$.

They use LASER SHIP to ship it.

And it gets stolen. I even have proof, but Saks quickly denied refund. Im guessing that happens often.

And nordstorm use same ship company, be careful people. Dont make a mistake by ordering here or nordstorm

"Company policy is absolutely horrible…"
Company policy is absolutely horrible regarding paying for highest tier shipping only to be farmed off to a courier which consistently loses packages. Use a reputable company such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS for expediated shipping. Even if a day late, at least the package arrives. The notion of 5 business days past expected arrival after paying for 1-2 day shipping is completely asinine. Your company expects individuals to pay a premium for product and shipping then makes them wait 9 days (2 days to arrive, 5 business days, and non-business day weekends) after it doesn’t show up to request a refund.

This policy alone and this experience has ensured I will never shop with your corrupt company again. You seem to have a business model founded on the notion consumers “just won’t remember” or are “too busy for the hassle”. It is a sad state of affair when a once reputable company has deteriorated so much that they’re leaching of their consumers success to scrape by.

Online agent was absolutely horrible and rude. Inquiry response was “Your recent inquiry was denied. Your case number is xxxxxxx” without additional information. The number on the email for additional information was incorrect. I can not even begin to express how disgusted I am by this sorry excuse for a company and the deplorable people who smile through their scripted customer service lines knowing they continue to burn through their fellow humans time, money, energy.

The question on the survey, “What could we have done better?” .. I am not sure there is any fixing this, your company has already fallen into pieces.

"Fraudulent company"
They claim to have picked packed and shipped my order. When the box showed up with half the items, and I videoed myself opening the box after a bad previous experience with OFF5th, they still denied my claim and won’t refund me. It’s a SCAM.

For the VL reviewer below, I received earrings that weren’t mine, maybe yours? Check Saks off 5th recent IG postS to find me, can’t miss my all capital complaint comments on the last few posts. Frances

"Saks off 5th stole from me"
I ordered 2 designer belts but only received 1. When I called to complain, they denied my claim. I am out $255 and no belt. I can't believe that they steal from their customers. Absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I have shopped at SAKS and OFF SAKS for years but I will never shop there again. And I'm telling everyone I know so buyer beware! Also closing my SAKS credit card. They are now a thing of the past.

"Don't want to refund for missing items"
I placed 2 orders 1 day apart, first order arrives and misses one item of 9, I file a complaint and within 24 hrs the claim gets denied because in the past I've returned too many online orders. (kept a lot too, but didn't matter) So when the second box arrives, I videotape myself opening the box, from the 4 items, only 2 were there. I file a complaint, send customer service the video and to my surprise they denied the claim. According to them, they contacted the warehouse and say they picked packed and shipped all items, so no refund.
I'm shocked that this can happen in the US and needless to say I'll never order/buy from them again. I filed a claim with the credit card company and if that falls through I'll file a case through small claim court. How can this company get away with this? SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY

"Shocking Experience!"
I have shopped with saksoff5th with no problems for over a decade. I ordered a bag that cost $499 and with taxes and shipping paid $549
Which Saks and shipper claimed was delivered to me. This was not delivered to me. Saks investigated and shipper confirmed that it was incorrectly delivered to another address.
However Saks keeps repeating that the shipper said it was delivered and therefore my claim is denied. I am just in total shock but determined to find justice. Please be careful dealing with this business. They and their shipper are shady and they have the worst customer service. After this experience, I will no longer have the confidence to order anything from them again. If you shop with them know that it is at a high risk. Be careful.

"Empty Package - never again"
I am beyond disappointed with the abysmal service I received from Saks Off Fifth. I placed an order for a pair of earrings, but when the package arrived, it was empty. Despite reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, they were completely unhelpful and refused to refund my money. Even after speaking to a supervisor, I was only provided with a photo from their fulfillment center that supposedly showed my order being packed. However, the photo was missing crucial details such as my name and order number, and the price was even different. This is a blatant and fraudulent practice!

As a paying customer, it's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially when the error was not my fault. Due to their poor service, I have no choice but to dispute this transaction with my bank. I also feel it's my duty to WARN others about this terrible experience I had with Saks Off Fifth. It's crucial for people to be aware of these issues before they make a purchase. In my experience, compared to Neiman, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Bergdorf, Saks has hands down provided the worst experience. I will NEVER be shopping with this company again.

"I would give Saks Off 5th a zero rating…"
I would give Saks Off 5th a zero rating if possible. I ordered a ring online which the delivery company delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company sent me a photo of the package at a wrong address. I was told from saks that they’ll investigate the issue ….after one day Saks denied my request ..and never told me why ….I sent them the pic of where they company left the package and nothing happened … my question is… how can you investigate in one day??? It’s insane it doesn’t make any sense … Almost 2 weeks since the package was delivered to an unknown address and after multiple phone calls and chats still no refund…They are the worst Co ever…

Bought a Saks branded bolo bracelet for my wife that broke first time she wore it. Also, Saks has the gall to charge $10 for the privilege of returning their Chinese made garbage which they will put under scrutiny and render their decision whether to bless you with a refund. Go to Nordstrom, Niemann, Bloomingdales, Macys, or any other retailer EXCEPT Saks!

"They sent my order to someone else and never credited me for item I never got"
Ordered an item on Feb 28. They sent it to the wrong person and I got her earrings, which I returned immediately. Its now April 20 and I still have not gotten credit for the item I never ordered.

"They messed my order up so badly! It was unbelievable"
I placed an online order for the last pair of shoes I wanted/needed sooooo badly. I placed the order but wasn't provided an order# or an email conformation about the order. So I checked my account I used to pay for the order and sure enough the money for the ordered was showing as pending. I called the store to ask why no confirmation was given and they said the order didn't take or go through. I told how the money was held in my account etc… From there on it was a wild goose chase. They told me to call my bank to get hold released, my bank said Saks had to release the hold, Saks gave me the number to call their bank about releasing the hold, their bank said Saks has the ability to release hold. Called Saks back and got another nope can't be done. Since the glitch was their fault I asked if there was anyway they could think of an out of box solution to hold those last pair of shoes until the hold on my $ was resolved. I wasn't down for paying twice. Nope they couldn't/ wouldn't do it. So of course now that pair of shoes is gone and I am livid, disappointed and I even cried. I don't ask for much in life but I really wanted those shoes. Customer service was cordial but not helpful

"Thieves! Worst shop and customer service ever!Don't shop there!"
I made ana order of 6 items, and paid for all of them! Then i received 5 items together and the last item i received it alone and had to pay for its clearance double! And that was not just it, they also took its price and shipping fees once again from my bank account! So i paid twice for one item! I contacted the costumer service and they promised me that they will refund my money. But no one had contacted me since then and the costumer service are no longer replying to neither my live chat request neither my emails! Do NOT ever order from this website!
