"Love the brand mix"
I get genuinely excited browsing here because there are so many brands I already like. It’s such a nice feeling when I actually find the size and color I want too, which happens often. Little moments like that make shopping way less frustrating.
"Felt ignored waiting for a fitting room"
I waited way longer than expected just to get a fitting room, and no one really told me what was going on, so I was kind of left in the dark. When I finally got in, the floor was dirty and the whole area felt neglected. The staff didn’t seem too concerned either, which made the experience frustrating.

"I ordered a designer bag from Saks..."
I ordered a designer bag from Saks Off 5th and I was a little nervous at first, but when it arrived I felt so relieved. It came with the tags, dust bag, and all the details looked right to me. I even compared it with photos online and it really seems authentic. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, which was kind of frustrating, but overall I’m happy with it and feel good about the purchase.

The store itself is totally okay, like nothing to really complain about there. But getting to it and finding parking was... a whole thing. I’m being calm about it, but it definitely took way longer than it should have and made the trip feel more annoying than worth it. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to shop here, but if I was already nearby, sure, maybe

"Good variety, but not everything clicks"
Saks Off 5th has a solid mix of brands and styles, and like i said, I do end up finding things I like here and there. The variety is probably what keeps me checking it out because there’s usually a little bit of everything.
That said, some of the pieces feel kind of outdated or just not really my style, so it can take a lot of scrolling to find the good stuff. Like i said, it’s not bad at all, just a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for

"Pretty good for accessibility overall"
I was browsing Saks OFF 5TH the other night while half-watching a show and drinking tea, it worked better than I expected. I use zoom and keyboard navigation often, and most of the menus and filters were easy enough to move through. The text stayed readable too, which I appreciate because some sites get weird fast when you zoom in. A few of the product pages did feel a little crowded, and I had to tab around more than I’d like to get where I wanted. But checkout was clear, I didn’t get stuck anywhere, and overall it was a smooth experience. I’d give it 4 stars

"Good deals, but the site can be a little confusing"
I do check saksoff5th.com often for deals, and I’ve found some good discounts there. That said, I’m not totally sure if it’s just me, but the site can feel kind of messy sometimes. Some categories seem crowded, and the sizes or brands don’t always feel easy to sort through. It’s not a bad shopping experience, I just think it could be a bit easier to browse

"Felt Like I Was Just Being Passed Around"
I’m not totally sure if it was just bad timing or what, but it really felt like nobody actually helped me. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and by the end I still didn’t have a real answer. Frustrating experience overall.

"Good prices, but returns could be faster"
I’ve found some really good deals on Saks OFF 5th, and their prices are definitely better than a lot of similar stores I’ve browsed. That said, the return process wasn’t the smoothest. I sent an item back and it took longer than I expected for the refund to show up, especially compared to places like Nordstrom Rack or other retailers where returns feel a bit quicker. Customer service was okay, but they didn’t really do much beyond giving basic updates. I’d still shop there for the discounts, but I’d be more careful about what I buy

"Decent store, but checkout was a drag"
The store was packed when I went, and the checkout line moved really slowly. The staff seemed nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but it felt like they could’ve used a few more people up front. I did find what I came in for, which was good, I guess, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just not exactly well managed either.

"Felt left in the dark about privacy"
I didn’t feel great about the privacy side of things. I kept getting way too many emails, and it wasn’t really clear what I had signed up for or how my info was being used. It left me feeling a bit in the dark, which made the whole thing come across as kind of sketchy

"Pretty happy with my order"
Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a jacket and a pair of shoes, and both looked really nice in person. The quality feels solid for the price too. One of the boxes was kind of beat up when it arrived, but thankfully the items inside were totally fine.

I ordered a jacket the photos were close to what showed up. The color might be a tiny bit darker in person, or maybe I’m just overthinking it, but it wasn’t enough to bother me. The fit and material matched the description well. I did take off one star because I kind of wish there had been more close-up photos to feel totally sure before ordering, but overall I’m happy with it

I already had a feeling this place took security seriously, and my checkout experience kind of backed that up. It felt safe without being a hassle. Even the return process was checked carefully, which just made me think, “Yep, that’s about what I expected.”

"My order did end up going through and..."
My order did end up going through and I got my stuff, so all good in the end, but wow, the billing part was way more stressful than it needed to be. My card had a pending charge sitting there for a few days, and I couldn’t tell if the payment had actually worked or if my money had just vanished into the void. Customer service did eventually reply, which I appreciated, but it took a bit. Everything worked out, but the checkout and payment process could definitely be smoother.

"Gift card felt harder to use than it should’ve"
I tried using my gift card at checkout and it just wouldn’t go through. it kind of felt like they don’t make it easy on purpose, hoping people give up and pay another way. Frustrating for something that should be simple.

"Uncomfortable visit and no follow-up"
I didn’t feel comfortable in this store at all. It was messy, the lighting was bad, and the music was way too loud, which made the whole place feel kind of stressful. The staff didn’t seem very approachable either, almost like they were annoyed to be there. I ended up leaving quickly. I also never got any follow-up after mentioning the experience, which made it feel like they didn’t really care.
